From its first years, the Dental Faculty developed in close connection with clinical practice. Specialized dental clinics and maxillofacial surgery units were created, providing comprehensive care to patients while acting as high-quality training bases for future dentists.

Faculty members actively engage in educational and methodological work, publishing textbooks, teaching manuals, and guidelines that are used in the educational process not only at ASMU but at other medical universities across the Russian Federation.
Advanced Practical Training
A major milestone in the development of dental education at ASMU was the establishment of specialized departments focused on the propaedeutics, prevention, and treatment of dental diseases. These departments provide a strong theoretical foundation and extensive practical training, including work on modern simulators and phantom classes, allowing students to develop professional skills at an early stage of education.
