We always receive all our students at the airports in Russia and arrange secure transportation directly from the airport to the university campus.
Mandatory Airport Protocol
It is strictly mandatory for every student to inform us about their flight details in advance. If our official university representative is not present at the airport to receive a student, the student may face immediate deportation back to their home country by Russian Immigration Authorities.
Book & Send Flight Details
It is strongly advisable to book your flights as soon as possible, as the beginning of the academic year is a busy travel period in Russia. Once your Russian visa is obtained, you must share your arrival details and a scanned copy of your booked ticket with us for our records.
Official University Reception
By providing your details in advance, an official Astrakhan State Medical University representative will be scheduled and waiting for you at the arrivals terminal to ensure your safe, hassle-free transition into Russia and transportation to your accommodation.
